Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded (remove)*Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1 cup (remove)El Pollo Loco, 4.5 corn tortilla, 5 serving (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp (remove)
spray baking pan with cooking spray. Place tortillas on pan. Spread an even anount of salsa on each tortilla. Add blended beans, jalapeno and taco seasoning( in processor) to each, sprinkle cut up cooked chicken on each, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes and then top with lettuce. Use reserve sauce to drizzle over top.
