Homade Muesli

Ingredients
1 cup slow cook oats3/4 cup skim milk3/4 cup low-fat, sugar free yogurt2 tbsp sliced almonds3/4 cup diced apple, pear, or berriessweetner to taste
Directions
in a bowl, soak oats in milk. place in refrigerator overnight. Add yogurt, almonds, fruit and sweetner to taste. mix well
