1/2 kgs of Chicken Breast2 teaspoons of Lemon Juice2 Teaspoons of Chilli Powder100gr Light Greek Yoghurt2 teaspoons Garam Masala1 teaspoon Cummin1 teaspoon Paprika2 tablespoons Tomato Paste410mls of Tomato Puree160mls Chicken Stock1 medium Onion80mls light Cream3 Cloves of Garlic2 inch piece of Ginger2-3 cups of RiceSprinkle of Corianda2 teaspoons of Cinnamon1 tablespoon honey
Cut Chicken into bite-sized pieces and combine with chilli powder and lemon juice, leaving to sit for 30mins or overnight.
Add Yogurt and mix together.
Add Chicken to frypan in batches, searing both sides for 2mins. Add to slow cooker after.
When done, add garlic and onion to pan, cooking until onion is soft, then add to slowcooker
Add Cummin, Ginger, Paprkia, Garam Masala, Tomato Paste, Tomato Puree, Chicken Stock, honey, Cinnamon, Corriander,
Mix to combine ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.
Add cream, serve ontop of rice and sprinkle with corriander
