Ingredients
*Arrowhead Mills oragnic oat flour 5 1/2 CupsOld Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 3 CupsBanana, fresh, 1.5 large *Sun Crystal (1 pkt), 12 serving Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Egg substitute, liquid 1 cup Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *1 1/2 CUPS SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Directions
I make my oat flour myself - ground oatmeal in my vita mix. In mixing bowl combine banana, sweetner, applesauce, egg substitute and brown sugar. Blend till smooth. Add soda and vanilla and oatmeal, blend. Add oat flour 1 cup at a time, blending slowly. When all added, add chocolate chips. Batter will be very moist. Bake in 350 oven for 8 to 9 minutes, 10 seems too long, a little dry.
