Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw honey1/2 cup brown sugar3/4 cup applesauce2 eggs2 tsp. vanilla1/2 cup flaxseed meal1 1/2 ww pastry flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 cups oats1/4 cup each- dried cranberries or blueberries, chocolate chips, pepitas, sesame seeds, and chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, sugar and applesauce. Blend well. Beat in eggs, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10-15 mins or until set. Cool on rack.
