Taco Salad, Low Sodium

Ingredients
1/4 c Small Red Kidney Beans, Dry1/4 c Black Beans, from dry, no salt added 1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper1 tsp Cumin1 tsp marjoram1 tsp pepper1 tsp oregano1 Tbsp Garlic1/2 c Onions, chopped3/4 tsp Cilantro Herb Blend, Gourmet Garden4 oz Carolina ground turkey, browned4 c Romaine Lettuce, cut or torn bite size2 c Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped1/2 Avocado, chopped
Directions
Soak beans overnight. Rinse and drain.
Put in crockpot. Add browned ground turkey, garlic, onion, 1 cup chopped tomato, spices. Cook 4 - 6 hours on low
Prepare fresh veggies - place on plate. Spoon beans & meat mixture in the center.
Serving size - 1 cup.
