Quionoa Salad

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa1 cup dry lentils (soaked for at least 2 hours and rinsed)Garlic to taste3 cups water1 Cucumber1 tomato1/2 cup feta
Directions
Cook quinoa and lentils in water over low heat or in rice maker with onion and garlic. If eating hot, chop and add other ingredients. To serve cold as a salad let lentil and quionoa mix sit in refrigerator till cool, add cucumber, tomato and feta, stir and serve. I like to add home made balsamic vinaigrette. You may add any other vegetables as you like and as they are in season.
