Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup mashed fresh banana1- 4 oz snack cup unsweetened apple sauce1/3 cup sugar1 large egg1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup white flour1/2 cup WW flour1/4 cup ground flax1/4 cup veg oil3/4 cup chocolate chips, chopped pecans, blueberries, etc. (optional)
Directions
Combine all wet ingredients, add flour mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
