Chicken Breast, no skin, 560 grams Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup **Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice, 4 oz Yellow Mustard, 0.25 cup Honey, 1 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Rosemary, 2 tbsp Basil, 2 tbspPepper, black, 2 tbsp
Pound chicken to 1cm thickness & cut into strips. Pour 1 cup Blueberry's into a container along with other ingredients - blend. Cover chicken and marinate, Heat pan and cool 30 Min but brown chicken first the cook on low till cooked through. Then turn extra blueberry in pan till warm and serve on salad.
