Ingredients
Directions
* *Optimum Nutrition - Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, 1 scoop (30.4 g) * *Chocolate Light Silk Soymilk, 1 cup * *Cocoa Nibs, 1/2 tsp * *Mint Extract 1 tiny drops * *Ice cubes, 3edit: apparently if you add 1/8 tsp xanthan gum and 1/4 tsp guar into any protein shake, they will have the consistency of milkshakes. I MUST try this... maybe you guys want to also (although I think my shake had a good consistency on its own!)
Blend the ice, milk, powder, and extract in your favorite bullet blender (or a regular blender or food processor). Sprinkle a tiny amount of cocoa nibs on top before serving.

This was great! I made it a couple of times as a post-workout treat and then one day everyone else in the house was planning on ice cream for dessert so I threw it in my ice cream maker - it turned out more like ice milk than ice cream (more chrystals) phenomenal!!! Thanks so much for this recipe!!! - 2/17/14
