Maria's Italian Olive Appetizer

Ingredients
Pitted Green Olives - 1 can (or ~400g bottle)Artichokes - 2 cansMayonnaise - 1/4 cup (I use PC light Mayo)Parmesan Cheese - 3/4 cupItalian Spice, - 2 teaspoonsBlack Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 230C. Drain, then cut the olives and artichokes very finely and mix together. Add the mayonnaise, italian spice, pepper and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Mix until homogenous. Sprinkle the top with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Cook in oven for ~30 minutes. Cool slightly before serving. Serves best with saltine crackers.
