Ingredients
I chopped apple1/2 cup crushed pineapple2T flaked coconut2 T rice vinegar1 T Mayo1/4 c chopped pecans
Directions
Chop apple and pecans. Add pineapple and coconut. In measuring cup mix rice vinegar, mayonaise and 2 T of juice from the pineapple. Pour over chopped ingredients and chill. Serve and enjoy!
