Poached Tilapia with Salsa

Ingredients
4 - 3.5 oz Tilapia (or other white fish) fillet1/4 cup lemon juice1/2 cup salsa1 lemon slicedsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a skillet with a lid add 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 cup water & fish fillets.
Salt & pepper fish
Top each fillet with salsa and lemon slices.
Cover and cook for 7 minutes on med-high heat or until fish is done.
