Low-Carb Ham & Cheese Quiche

Fat-free cottage cheese, 1/2 tub (around 200g or 7oz) 1 chopped onion 4 eggs Ham, 3 lean slicesSalt & Pepper, to taste
Set oven to 175C or 350F.
Break eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Add cottage cheese, and stir to mix thoroughly.
Chop the ham and add to the mix.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour ingredients into a "quiche" dish and place in the oven.
Cook for around 30 mins and check. The quiche should be golden on top and springy to touch.
Enjoy hot or cold.
