Whole Wheat Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 cup Cauliflower, raw and riced in a food processor (130 grams)1 Egg, large1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, shredded fine1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 tsp season salt
Directions
Combine riced cauliflower, egg, cheese, medium bowl. Strain mixture with a wire mesh strainer for a few miniutes to remove excess moisture (don't press into the strainer it will become too dry). Place mixture back into the mixing bowl and add salt and flour. Mix thoroughly.

Spoon batter onto a well oiled, non-stick cookie sheet. Press flat and even into a circular shape. Bake at 450 F for 10-15 minutes in the oven.
