Low Carb Beef Stroganoff Over Tasty Toast

Ingredients
12-16 oz ground beef½ c sliced mushrooms¼ small yellow onion, diced½ can beef broth½ c sour cream1 t salt - optional½ t pepper - optional2 slices low-carb bread - optionalOlive oil - optionalnutritional info assumes optional items are added
Directions
Brown beef, mushrooms and onion.
Drain.

Add all other ingredients.
Simmer in skillet, covered for about 20 minutes.

Brush olive oil on both sides of bread. Sear in hot skillet
until edges are crispy.

Serve stroganoff over 1 piece of bread.
