Dijon Chicken & Pasta

Ingredients
16oz uncooked rotini or other bite-sized pasta12oz frozen broccoli1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1/2 cup chicken broth 1/3 cup Dijon mustard2 8oz packages Tyson Grilled & Ready Diced Chicken1/2 cup roasted red peppers1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli in last 3 minutes.
3. Combine soup, broth, mustard, and red peppers in 9 x 13 inch pan.
4. Fold in chicken, pasta, and broccoli.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over pasta, and bake for 5 minutes more.
