Apricot Dijon Ham Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs ham steaks (1 inch thick)1/4 sugar free apricot preserves1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
1. Make the glase in a small saucepan by combining the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat until throuroughly combined - about 2 to 3 minutes

2. Score fatty edges of ham

3. Grill - Grill ham over medium coals for 6 - 8 minutes per side, brushing with glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.

OR

Stove Top - Heat pan over medium heat. Place hamsteak in pan and cook 6-8 minutes per side (more if thicker) - until internam temp = 160. In final few minutes, brush each side with glaze.
