2 spaghetti squashes halved2 Tbs olive oil!onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1.5 C chopped tomatoes.75 C feta cheese.25 C chopped black olives2 Tbs chopped fresh basil
1. cut spaghetti squash in halves and place them flesh down on greased cookie sheet, bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
2. While that is cooking, saute onion and garlic in olive oil
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook just till warm
4. Scrape out spaghetti squash flesh with large spoon and place in large bowel, and add tomato mixture with rest of ingredients and serve
