Red rice beef risotto

Ingredients
1 Onion chopped 146 gramsBeef quick cook strips 350g,Camargue red rice cooked, 330 gram(s) (125g uncooked)Chinese baby Corn sliced 175gTomato Passata Italian sieved 256 gram(s) Italian Tomato Puree double concentrate 51 gram Mushrooms, quatered 155 grams Peas garden frozen, cooked 203 gram(s) Italian Herbs dried mix, 2 gram(s) 1tspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Fry onions and beef in oil. Add onions and baby corn. Add passata, puree & herbs and stir well. Lower heat & cook covered for 5 minutes. Add cooked rice and stir well. Cook covered until juice has been soaked up. Stir in peas and heat through. Season with pepper and salt if required.
