Hot Hot Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breast 1 tsp garlic1 TBSP dijon mustard1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper1 TBSP red pepper flakes1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
1. Place partially frozen, or fresh chicken breast in lemon juice, garlic, dijon mustard, cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper flakes together in 9x9 casserole dish
2. Marinate overnight or for a few hours.
3. Cook at 350* for 45 minutes ... or broil until cooked thoroughly
4. Enjoy. (beware it is spicy)
