1 cup Brown Rice (medium grain)1cup Black Beans21/2 cup of water1tbsp. Olive Oil1tbsp Pasley1tbsp Basil
Brown Rice, Black Bean-clean and rinse. Place in a rice cooker and press cook. When finish cooking place rice and beans in a bowl. Add ingredients parsley, basil (fresh is good if you have it, if not use dry). Then add 1 tsp. olive oil. Enjoy with a salad, lean cut beef or chicken or fish. Definitely cable of change receipe by adding other seasoning such as curry, cumin, chili.
