Vanilla & Blueberry Polenta

1 cup Stoneground32 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze Almond Milk1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract1 cup Blueberries
In a 2 quart sauce
pan, heat the cornmeal over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Remove from the heat and carefully pour in the Almond Breeze. Return to the heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring regularly, for about 10 minutes, or until the cereal is thickened and creamy. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir in the vanilla and berries. Serve immediately.
