Banana & Oat Muffin

Ingredients
1 large egg3/4 cup apple juice1 cup raisins1 cup chopped banana1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup quick cook oats1/3 cup fructose1 Tbl baking powder1 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Lightly spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Fill muffin tins 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
