Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
1 english muffin, regular1 pork sausage patty, regular1 large egg1 pat butter
Directions
Seperate the english muffin into halves and put in the toaster.

Heat up a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack one large egg into the pan, sprinkle salt and pepper over the top. Let cook for 2-4 minutes on one side, then flip to the other side and cook for the same amount of time.

Put the sausage patty on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate and nuke for 30-40 seconds until hot.

When the english muffin pops, butter both sides. Top with the egg, sausage patty, and other half of the english muffin.
