Bob's Breakfast Surprise Omlette

Ingredients
Olive Oil2 eggs1/2 cup egg whitesabout 1/4 cup peppers diced1/4 cup cooked diced potato1/4 cup Kraft Tex-Mex Shredded Cheese4 tbsp. Salsa
Directions
Put 1/2 of oil l in each of 2 cold pans and heat to medium. Saute peppers until soft, add potato and mix. Cook Eggs in separate pan. When eggs are cooked, add vegetables and Salsa. Ffold eggs over to make omlette.

Serving Size: Makes 2 complete meal servings or 4 side dishes
