1 Cedar Plank2 6 oz pieces of salmon w/skinSauce Ingredients3 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp rosemary1 Tbsp parsley
1. Soak Cedar Plank in water for 2 hours. Submerge with weight on top
2. Combine Sauce Ingredients in small bowl.
3. Place salmon skin side down on plank, spread sauce over salmon.
4. Place plank on grill and cover. Cook for 14 - 16 minuts or until edges are brown
