Chinese Porridge

Ingredients
1 cup white rice uncooked3 cups chicken broth1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken1/2 tsp of salt
Directions
Combine rice, broth, chicken and salt into saucepan and bring to a boil. Add ginger grated or in strings.

Porridge is ready when the rice is soft with a mushy appearance. Ad5d water if needed.
