Diet Coke Sloppy Joes, made with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
Ground Turkey, 93% lean, 1 LBOnions,1/2c choppedCarrots, 1/2c chopped or gratedCelery, 1/2c dicedBell Pepper, 1/2c choppedSalt and PepperSauce:Worstershire Sauce, 1/2cDiet Cola, 1cTomato Paste, 1/4c
Directions
Over medium heat, brown ground turkey, salt, pepper and all the vegetables in skillet with a lid. Cook without the lid until most of the liquid has cooked away, the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender, then ADD the sauce ingredients. Cook until sauce thickens. ENJOY!
