Ingredients
1 pound of ground Turkey - 93%1 whole wheat english muffin1 Tbsp Light Ranch Dressing2 Tbsp Kraft Original Barbecue sauce2 oz of plain greek yogurt- fat free
Directions
toast english muffin and grind into crumbs. Mix remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Form 4 four ounce patties and grill or fry - 5 minutes per side or till done.
