Vodka Lemonade

1 cup Splenda granular (or ~ 48 packets)1 cup warm water1 cup fresh lemon juice1 cup vodka2 cups cold waterIceFresh rosemary or mint (optional)
Combine Splenda and warm water in a 1 gallon pitcher, stir until Splenda is dissolved.
Add lemon juice, vodka, and cold water.
If desired, add rosemary or mint and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. If not adding herbs, add ice and serve.
If adding herbs, remove them after one day of "marinating" to prevent the lemonade from getting bitter.
Serving Size: Makes 5 - 8oz servings
