Whole Wheat Black Bean Tortilla

Ingredients
1 cup black beans (rinsed) 1 small onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp No Salt juice of one lime whole wheat tortilla mozzarella salsa sour cream
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion, and garlic, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Season with cayenne, and No Salt. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add lime juice and simmer for 5 more minutes.

Wrap 1/4 cup beans, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 Tbsp salsa in tortilla.
Heat in skillet or microwave. Top with sour cream.
