Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 4 large Fage - Greek Yogurt - Fat Free, 1.5 c Splenda, 1/4 c Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Orange Juice 1 T Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 8 tbsp Frozen Cheese Blintzes 12 blintzes
Directions
Thaw blintzes overnight in the fridge
preheat oven to 350
place margarine in baking dish and put in oven until melted
mix eggs well
add next 5 ingredients
coat dish with melted butter and add remaining to the custard
place thawed blintzes in buttered baking dish
bake for 45 minutes
