Paleo Almond Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cups blanched almond flour (NOT meal) 2 Tbl coconut flour 1/4 cup Flax meal or flour 1/4 tsp sea salt (or Himalayan crystal salt) 1.5 tsp baking soda 5 eggs 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 Tbl honey 1 Tbl apple cider vinegar
Directions
Blend well all dry ingredients (food processor on low recommended).
Gently beat eggs, then pulse in (or mix well) all liquid ingredients.
Pour into one greased 3.5 in by 7.5 in loaf pan
or into two 3 in by 5.5 in loaf pans.
Bake at 350 deg F for 30 min.
Cool and serve.
