Becky's red cabbage salad

Ingredients
1 head of red cabbage, shredded1 Tbsp light mayo3 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp red wine vinegar1/8 c. sugar1 tsp salt1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Directions
shred 1 head of red cabbage, add mayo, olive oil, salt, pepper vinegar and sugar, mix. setting it in the fridge for a few hours allows the cabbage to soak in the juices. But eat right away, it's delish. A lot of times, I mix it up depending on the taste I'm looking for. However, the nutritional information is based on the ingredients listed here.
