Italian Style Macaroni With Hamburger and Vegetables

Ingredients
2 cups macaroni, uncooked1 cup frozen mixed vegetables1/4 cup mushrooms chopped or sliced1 14.5 oz can Italian style stewed tomatoes, chopped1 15 oz can tomatoe sauce1lb ground beef (85% lean or leaner)1/2 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic1/4 tsp salt (Morton Lite)1/4 tsp black pepper, to taste1 tsp McCormick's Italian Seasoning1 tbsp balamic vinegar1/4 tsp Franks Hot Sauce, to taste1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Wheat Bran, optional
Directions
Cook macaroni till Al Dente. While pasta cooks, brown meat with onion and garlic till done. Add frozen vegetables and stir till heated through. Add tomatoes, sauce, bran and seasoning, heat to simmer.

When past is tender but not soft, drain and rinse. When meat sauce has simmered 5 minutes, add to macaroni in a large pan and mix sell over low heat till heated through.

Serve with Italian cheese and garlic bread.
