Steamy Apples and Cinnamon

Ingredients
2 medium apples2tsp cinnamon3tsp Splenda2 Tbsp Smart Balance Light buttery spread 1/8 tsp garlic (optional, i just love garlic)
Directions
Chop apples into thin slices, lengthwise
Melt butter in microwave and mix in spices
Place apples in pan and turn on low-medium heat
Drizzle butter/spice mix over apples and coat thoroughly.
Cover with lid and cook until apples are soft (15 minutes)

I served it over a salad. Feel free to use it as a side dsh!
