100 Calorie Granola Bars

1.5 cup dry oats3/4 cup wheat bran1/2 cup white or wheat flour1/2 cup lite applesauce1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup honey1/4 cup Splenda or equivalent 1/2 oz (~14) almonds, crushed1/2 oz (~16) peanuts, crushed*1/3 cup dried cherries or cranberries*1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips**Feel free to substitute your own favorites!
Preheat oven to 325. Grease an 8x8 pan.
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Press mixture into pan. (Use a piece of wax paper on top and compact) Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 min, then cut into 9 bars. Cool completely before serving.
Can be wrapped in individual bars for a week of treats/breakfasts!
