Ingredients
2 LARGE Organic Tomatoes1/2 Yellow Onion1/4 Cucumber, Peeled2 Jalepeno Peppers, carefully de-seeded3/4 Cup Cilantro (Not Packed)Salt & Pepper (To Taste)Lemon Juice/Lime Juice (To Taste)1Tbsp White Vinegar (optional)*Using as many truly organic ingredients from your garden, or your neighbors garden, or your farmers markets will make your Pico taste jucier, and more flavorful than you could ever imagine!
Directions
Finely chop all of the ingredients by hand.
Add Lime/Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper, and Vinegar if wanted
Let the Pico cure for 24 hours.
Enjoy!
