Buttermilk Salad

20 oz can crushed Pineapple & juice 6 oz pkg Jello Black Cherry sugar-free 3 Tbsp. Sugar 1/2 C Water2 C Broughton Whole Buttermilk8 oz container of Cool Whip Free
Mix together Pineapple, Jello, Sugar and water in a pan and heat, stirring just until all are dissolved.. Remove to cool.
When the Jello is cool and has congealed, stir in 2 cups of Buttermilk until it is a smooth consistancy. I put it back in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Next I mix in a container of Cool Whip Free to make a fluffy dessert.
You can use your favorite flavor of Jello. Add nuts, etc but remember to calculate in the calories and fats. Enjoy!
