Low Carb Chicken Soup

Ingredients
10 cups water3 chicken breasts1 tablespoon oil1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup sliced celery1/2 cup sliced carrots14 oz canned stewed tomatoes1 cup shredded cabbagesalt and pepper to taste1 teaspoon oregano
Directions
Cook chicken breasts in water until tender. Remove chicken and save the broth. Saute onion, celery, and carrots in oil until tender. Chop the chicken and add to the broth and the vegetables. Add the can of tomatoes and the cabbage and cook until cabbage is tender. Season with salt, pepper,and oregano.
