2 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips1 green bell pepper cut into strips1 medium onion cut into strips1 tsp olive oil2 Tablespoons of Old El Paso Fajita Seasoninga 4 oz container of plain yogurta jar of salsalettucetomatoYour choice of low carb tortillas
put 1 tsp olive oil in pan- add chicken- cook till meat begins to turn white
Add pepper and onion and fully cook until veggies are soft and meat is fully cooked.
Add seasoning- let cook until all meshed together
Turn off heat set aside
chop your lettuce and tomato
Set up your assembly line and serve!
