Satay Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter2 tbsp dark soy sauce0.5 tsp chili powder1 tbsp tomato puree100ml pineapple juice (if from tinned fruit, you can eat the fruit with the dish too, lovely addition)1 crushed garlic clove
Directions
mix all the ingredients,
marinade the meat in for minimum 30 mins to overnight, cook in medium hot oven until meat is cooked.
Enjoy.
