Healthified Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients:6 medium Red Potatoes, unpeeledBacon, 3 slices, cooked, chopped*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp3/4 cup Onions, chopped 1 Tbsp Flour1 Tbsp Sugar1/2 tsp celery seed1/8 tsp black pepper3/4 cup Water1/4 cup Cider Vinegar2 tsp Dijon Mustard
Boil potatoes. Cool and slice.
Cook bacon, chop and set aside
Remove bacon drippings from pan and add oil.
Add onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in flour, sugar, salt & celery seed.
Gradually stir in water, vinegar and mustard. Heat 2-3 minutes, until bubbly and thickened.
Add potatoes and heat through
