Protein Punched Hummus

Ingredients
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese1 can Bush's Garbanzos, Reduced Sodium1 tsp Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic seasoningred pepper flakes (to taste)1/3-1/2 cup water
Directions
Add cottage cheese, drained and rinsed garbanzos, Mrs. Dash, and water to a food processor or blender. (I use a Ninja!) Blend, and blend, and blend, till it is smooth and creamy. Chill overnight to allow seasoning to bloom and flavor the entire dip.
