Oatmeal Bake with Peaches

1 1/2 cups rolled oats 5/8 cup fat free lactaid1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup egg white (3 jumbo egg whites) 1/2 medium peach, chopped small1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 1/2 tablespoons Splenda 1/2 tablespoon vanilla 6 pieces Mr. May's cashew crunch (or similar), chopped- can use chopped walnuts/cashew/etc mixed with some brown sugarRead more: https://breakfast.food.com/recipe/healthy-baked-oatmeal-313178#ixzz1X9liYAGA
1 Preheat oven to 350°F; spray loaf pan with PAM.
2 Combine dry ingredients.
3 In another bowl combine wet ingredients.
4 Add dry ingredients and mix well.
5 Pour into pan and bake in oven for 40 min or until center is set and firm to the touch.
Best if served hot. I served with some raspberries and a splash of milk and honey.
