Creamy Chicken & Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients
4T Light house Italian dressing 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces1 zucchini, chopped1 bag casarecce pasta (we used Galo Falo organic)4T light cream cheese, cubed2 cups pasta sauce (We used Muir Glen organic Italian Herb)
Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on package.
Add dressing to pan, heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook for 2 minutes. Add zucchini, cook another 2 minutes.
Pour in 2 cups pasta sauce. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
Top pasta with chicken mixture. Enjoy!
