Ingredients
Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce Olive Oil, 2 tbspGranulated Sugar, 6 tsp salt, 1 tspWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1.5 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 0.05 cup Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Pepperoni, 40 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick) Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 3 large Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup, shredded garlic powder, 1 tsporegano, 1 tspbasil, 1 tspitalian seasoning, 1 tsponion salt, 1/2 tsp
Directions
add 1 cup luke warm water to yeast and let proof. Add sugar, oil, salt and flour. Mix until dough forms then knead with hands. Let sit for 20 minutes. Roll into rectangle. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and sprinkle with cornmeal. Spread tomato sauce over dough. Sprinkle with all seasonings. Sprinkle light layer of cheese. Place pepperoni, sliced olives, and spinach over cheese. Cover with final layer of cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
