1 cup of mashed potatoes 1 oz of extra lean minced beef season with salt and pepper
Directions
cook the mince in a pan ,
drain of the juices
add the mashed potato
serve with a little gravy or tomato sauce and veggies
shape into a patty and dry fry if you want to
makes 1 portion
