16 oz regular cream cheese1 large egg8 tbsp (1/2 cup) DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup - Cherry Flavor6 drops Ez-Sweetz liquid surcalose2 scoops whey protein powder - vanilla1 packet unsweetened Kool-Aid - Cherry Flavor
Pre-heat oven to 350F
Soften cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds
Mix all ingredients until smooth (no lumps)
Spray non-stick cup-cake pan (12 hole) with non-stick spray.
Pour mixture into each hole
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
Cool on counter for 1 hour
Refrigerate 8 hours before serving
